I was sent the wrong colour, I offered to return it in exchange for the correct one.
I was offered a partial refund to keep the item.
I turned it down and was offered a slightly larger refund.
They said return postage was too expensive, I was more than happy to return it as it was coming from London, it was obviously China.
They completely ignored me and refunded me anyway.
I won't be buying from these people again, they obviously have no interest in customer satisfaction.
