Beautiful stamps from Afghanistan arrived on time. See photos of the envelope in which the stamps arrived in. This veteran U.S. stamp collector/seller used a common printed shipping label (I’d do too) to pay/mail the order. But he deliberately, visibly & viciously desecrated a new (not time stamped) official U.S. stamp next to the printed postal label. Stamps are historical documents & thus sacred. In my long international life, I’ve never seen postal stamps get deliberately vandalized. Shocked.

The magic marker was applied by your post office, not by me or anyone else at my post office. Blaming me is completely inappropriate, Ira
