What I received is exactly as it was described in the ad. I believe it was offered at a fair price and that is why I purchased it as soon as I did. It was a good value for the money. I was a bit confused as to why the vinyl casing for the manual was shipped in separate packaging from the shipping of the manual itself. However both arrived in good condition. The seller was prompt. I am happy.
