    I have never had anyone say they could not contact me. Not sure what the problem is or why He could not contact me. Feedback comment is not clear what the problem with his order was.

    Item shipped within 1 business day after purchase. Notified seller 11 days after purchase item not received from Texas to TN I filed a claim with USPS. Buyer requested refund 18 Days after purchase which I did within a couple of hours. Buyer received item 21 days after purchase.
