Tailgate arrived in a cardboard box with a tiny bit of bubble wrap around the middle. 3 out of 4 ends were damaged so badly installation was impossible. Contacted customer service with pictures, and they quickly offered to send out a replacement. It arrived a few days later, and while it had a couple dings, it was sound enough to install without issue on my '91. Center latch/side cables were fine. Overall, decent quality (for the price), and outstanding customer service!
