    Seller didn’t ship for a week and then only after numerous requests. Microphone was dead on arrival, yet was “new with full factory warranty”. I requested seller tell me how to get it fixed or replaced since it was under warranty, but he only wanted me to return so he could get credit for it. I wasted a couple of hours yet sellers response was he was going out of business and didn’t care about my issue.

    It's unfortunate the item was received not working. We can't replace the item because we don't have more. I understand why the customer is upset, but, we can't really do much but refund him. We lose money here not just time. I feel like the customer is most upset that he saved a lot of money on a somewhat expensive item but it didn't work out.

    I am upset because the seller falsely advertised this “as new with full manufactures warranty”, but could not provide said warranty. Seller also falsely claimed to have tested the mic. When confronted his answer was we’re going out of business so leave me negative feedback. Do not deal with this seller!
