This came brand new exactly as pictured, so I can't complain about the seller. Others have complained about not being able to use the charger, and since the part blocking it is slightly bent for mind, I can still use it. However, the case does block my SD card port so I need to awkwardly get the bottom half out whenever I need to access it.
Most of the problems I have are because of the rubber piece that connects the two parts that's both a hair magnet and stops it from opening all the way.

They advertised new memory cards, so I bought one and I was expecting a new one, but they sent me an obvious used one, when I contacted them about it, the representative wanted me to ship it back if I wanted a refund… if I were to ship it back it’s only gonna cost me more money because they either made a mistake or did a little bit of false advertising so I have to say no I’m not happy with this one 👎👎
