      The item I purchased from this seller was faulty and had to be returned, which is a shame because in every respect the seller is deserving of five stars for the promptness with which they despatched the item; the care with which it was packaged and the value for money for the item and the postage. That the item was not as described might have been missed by anyone and the seller, I believe, was not to blame. They were also prompt in response to my request for a refund and with the refund itself.
