The only one drawback was that the seller forgot to send an AC Adapter with the product but he immediately resolved the issue by offering me my chosen refund which was +20 dollars as I demanded. Packaging was excellent, very protected during transit. My only complaint is not with the seller, but with the shipping. The FedEx shipper left it on the steps of my office at 6pm, in the rain. I checked at 6:30, and found it. I will call FedEx and complain about that. Otherwise, a great value and a purchase I do not regret.
