    The tray was as described and beautiful, exactly what I wanted, and reasonably packed. As it coordinated beautifully with my dishes, it would have been a good value for me, unfortunately, the shipping gorillas destroyed the box and broke the tray😢. This vendor was great! I sent a photo of the package and the dish, and they immediately issued a refund. I am sad about the dish, but will shop with them again, they can be trusted both with their products AND their service, thanks!

    The package took 13 days to arrive, partly because it didn't ship for 4 days and partly with weather problems. The box was larger than necessary and could have been more sturdy for a fragile item, suffering some damage which fortunately didn't break the vase. The description and pictures on the listing were excellent, as was the item; it was reasonably priced including shipping charges. Expecting that the dealer will learn and improve services while continuing selling, I would order again.
