Sadly the item was damaged in transit and the seller was very understanding. He did offer me a partial refund but due to my particularity I sadly had to insist on a return and refund. Seller remained professional, empathetic and understanding during the entire ordeal. I can only apologise on behalf of Royal Mail that your box arrived damaged. Despite packaging it carefully with multiple layers of bubble wrap, placing it inside a plastic case, and securing it within a sturdy cardboard box marked with fragile stickers, it appears to have been damaged during transit. As discussed via message, we’ve processed a full refund and will be opening an investigation with Royal Mail to prevent this happening again. All the best.
