    The trainers are lovely and as described. The communication and fact that no tracking number was given to me wasnt good. I had to open up a case with Ebay only to be given the tracking number today. The trainers have been sat at our RM depot for several days. Had I been given postage details, I could have had these a lot sooner.

    In response I fully accept I didn't enter the tracking number onto the order, however if the customer had dropped me a message I would have rectified this straight away. Royal Mail tried to deliver the package but the customer wasn't in. In regards to communication as soon as I heard from the buyer I responded straight away so not really sure what other communication the buyer is referring to.

    Despite the figuring being well wrapped and packed it did arrive with the lance being separated from the figure? Whether or not it came apart in transit I’ll never know. Fortunately I have been able to secure it back into its original position so it has not affected the piece. Apart from this little issue the figure is in good condition, clean and was dispatched in good time. So overall it was a good transaction for a fair price. Would happily buy again from this seller.
