    Packaging could've been better. Literally threw part in a box and shipped it. Backing plate was bent pretty good. Some shredded paper was not going to stop item from getting beat up. Better padding in the package next time would be great.

    I am sorry that Fed-ex mishandled with this package. We take great care when shipping any and every item. When we packaged it, the item was completely surrounded by shredded paper. The box was full and the item was secure. Your pictures show that the box was damaged and ripped open. Most of the shredded paper is gone. We did not ship it in that condition.
