Some shredded paper was not going to stop item from getting beat up. We take great care when shipping any and every item. When we packaged it, the item was completely surrounded by shredded paper. The box was full and the item was secure. Your pictures show that the box was damaged and ripped open. Most of the shredded paper is gone. We did not ship it in that condition.
