Charger had a small issue...we actually called Wahl and they are sending us a brand new charger for "free." We even told them we bought it off Ebay....that says a lot about the company. I was able to fix the charger, so I'll use the other as a back-up. Both batteries did charge and clipper worked. I'm sure any other issues could be taken care of by just a call to Wahl...they seem to stand behind their products and are willing to help.
