Item purchased on 6/30, they didn't purchase the label until 7/3 at 9pm (so ebay didn't ding them), knowing the PO would be closed on the 4th. On the 8th I contacted them wondering where my item was, and they told me had been dropped off that day, it was actually dropped off the next morning. Then after nearly 2 weeks of waiting, I received the wrong item. So I am sorry I am working individual with a family.
