Was most excited when ring finally arrived, but I received the wrong ring! I got a 3.28 cushion cut pink sapphire with diamonds in a 14kt band. They were not convinced until I sent photos of the ring & GIA certificate. They suggested I return the ring but at my expense. Really? I decided to keep this ring but asked for a $50 credit since the ring was two carats less & only a 14 not 18kt band. My reasonable offer was refused. Got $20!
