The only glitch was that there was a missing rail piece (there should be five rail pieces, this came with 4). Luckily the opener that was taken down had the same rail, so we used one of those pieces. To be fair we never contacted the seller. It was advertised as open box so missing pieces for garage door openers is common given the number of items inside. It's easy to overlook.
