So the auger fan would come on and then stop after 2sec of operation and throw up an error code on the controller rendering it unusable. The seller was fantastic. Very fast shipping from the US to Australia and did offer to take the faulty unit back but the price of postage to send it, its not worth the time and money. Would happily buy from this seller again just not the product
