Biggest concern for most purchasers will be compatibility with existing e-bike mount, controller and electronics. Battery is a perfect upgrade for my Gen-3 fatboy with proper contacts and in frame dimensions. Included charger was a welcome surprise. Cannot comment on useful life but initial indications are positive. Recommended provided your existing battery is functional match.
