    Thank you for your feedback. The item was shipped on time via Deutsche Post International Mail without tracking. International deliveries can take 3–4 weeks. The buyer opened a case just one week after shipping, while the parcel is still in transit. According to the listing, the buyer assumes responsibility for international shipping. I offered to resend the item free once back in stock. I am an honest seller and always help my buyers.
