      I have received the dress, both sleeve's and waist's elastic bands are worn out and the dress is dirty too! The shipping is fast and packaging are good. I have washed this dress, and will bringing the dress to tailor to fix the elastic bands. Hopefully, it will not be too costly to fix the elastic bands! Overall, I do liked the flower prints and the style of this dress! Thanks!

      The description said "Elastic at waist and sleeve is stretched out so its a more relaxed fit, please see pics!" It was sold at a discount price to reflect condition.
