After placing the order I had to wait 4-5 days to receive just to be let down by a non working product. Now I have to wait an added five days to get a return label. Such service not acceptable given the fact odering on line is the way of marketing.

Bad mother board. Had the computer repaired and was told I should have returned it by the seller. This computer was needed for a business with out time to deal with the return process. Bought the computer refurbished expecting a working computer. So almost 200 dollars in repairs later I now have a working computer. Also this computer doesn’t actually have WiFi or Bluetooth.
