      I lost first note. I received these items while out of town but I just opened them. I always give 5 stars as soon as possible. I just opened the package and one of the beautiful mugs was broken. Could you possibly refund maybe half? I have to run out now and look for new twin gifts because I waited too long to wrap. They looked well packed but actually it’s the second package I’ve gotten this week that was broken.
