      I originally put this blu ray into my Xbox One X, and I assume because this is a 7 hour film on one disc, that must have been causing the frame rate issues I was having. So, I bought a real blu ray player to run this disc, and it runs at an acceptable frame rate. The seller lists it s resolution as being 1080p. Well, it certainly doesn t look like 1080p quality. It s blurry, as if it were upscaled 720p, and looks significantly worse than it does on any streaming platform which streams in 1080p.

      I got in touch with the vendor who sells these items. The Blu-ray that you said was 720p is incorrect. It is, as all Blu-ray, discs 1080p and it is certainly not 4 frames per second. If you want to give me negative feedback that's your choice, but you can't tell lies about the item you bought.
