The physical condition of the laptop is a bit dodgy, there are some scratches and dented corners on the laptop. Although it did not affect the performance of the laptop, it is still somewhat disappointing to have these problems revealed on opening. It did state “moderate wear” which is fine, it is after all a refurbished laptop from 2020 but some pictures of the laptop or a detailed description would’ve helped before purchase. Regardless good value and good delivery
