Immediate conversation with Seller revealed that he had IN FACT sent product protected in a wooden crate. Shipping label confirmed 51lb package. Resolved this issue by agreement to file a insurance claim with shipper as crate disappeared in transit. I am happy with this purchase and Seller as he responded promptly and honestly. I will purchase from him again if I have a need of other parts.

    I sent the grille in a plywood box,with packing,I have pictures to prove it as I was packing it and have receipts from Home Depot where I bought the wood and staples,and receipt where I bought the packing material.We are doing the claim first thing in the morning with ups claims,I called the customer as soon as I seen the negative feedback,I wish he would have contacted me first before leaving negative feedback,never seen a wood crate disappear,but the part still be there.
