The listing says free returns so no worries, right? Wrong. I contacted the seller and they immediately accepted the return request but then marked that they sent me a return label and they haven’t. Then they told me their provider for labels can’t provide the label. Now it’s past the free shipping window and still no resolve. I’m mad!
