It wasn’t an issue for me with my timeline. The item arrived and due to no fault of the seller (battery issue) the item did not work. The item was packaged amazingly and looked exactly like the pictures. With the item issues I sent pictures to the seller and they responded within a few hours and I was refunded. Even though we had bad luck, seller is honest and kind. Would definitely recommend
