    I fist ordered it it came quickly however part of the order was missing they said they sent the missing part and nothing for a week, I asked for confirmation about the missing part but got nothing until I contacted E-Bay then they updated what was happening. The packaging was poor because it was just in a large letter box with some bubble wrap around it. It was described by fully funcualy there are dead pixels on the moniter, charger damaged. It's was well valued for the product that arrived.
