    The hat finally arrived, before Halloween, which is good. It was shipped without packing material to help protect it from being misshapen in the cardboard box, so now I have a slightly crumpled hat. I will try and reshape it, but a little bit of newspaper packing around it to support it could have helped it retain its shape. I found it impossible to track the package as there was no tracking number, just instructions to contact the seller for it.

    The package was shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and had a typical tracking number like all ground advantage shipping does. Unfortunately USPS lost the package temporarily, so shipping was delayed. Thankfully the buyer was patient and understanding of this issue that was out of our control.
