It was shipped in a box too large for the computer and was bouncing around in an air gapped bubble enclosure, actually surprised it survived shipping. Then upon opening the laptop it was fairly dirty with what could only be described as food crumbs all over the keyboard and screen. They did forget the charger but did ship one out to me once I contacted them.
