Additionally, when I first turned it on, it had issues starting Windows, although thankfully I was able to fix it on my own. I want to clarify that I tried contacting the seller twice before receiving the item, just to ask some questions about the product, but I never got a response. It would be good for the seller to improve communication and provide clearer, more accurate listings.
