They tried to convince me that this was a "feature" of the product and that this was supposed to happen. When I pressed further with evidence of the keys being fully pushed down and no response, they belittled me and told me I was wrong. Only after threatening to contact eBay did they agree to a return of the item. Would not recommend dealing with them for any items of value. The buyer initially stated there was nothing wrong with the product. When I declined a return based on that, they then falsely claimed it was defective. Despite the false claim, I accepted the return to resolve the issue. Upon receiving the item back, it was confirmed to be in perfect working condition. The buyer also returned the hardware without the included software, and I had to request it back, which violates eBay’s terms. I’m disappointed with this false review.
