    We NEVER leave bad feedback. The seller shipped a cardstock photo in a USED kraft paper envelope with ZERO protection. Of course it arrived destroyed. The seller denied any responsibility & blamed the USPS. He denied denied denied responsibility and told me to take it up with USPS. They would deny the claim in a second if they saw the packaging. Sellers like this are destroying eBay, while so many hard working businesses bend over backwards to assure their customers are happy. BUYERS BEWARE!

    This is a 1st for us (as WE ARE hardworking & customer-caring) as we ship dozens of pix per year. We sincerely apologize to the customer for any damage to their item. It was sent in a protective envelope and we cannot anticipate what the postal service will do in with packages. We certainly did not drop it off with any dents in it (what the buyer showed). Still, we would have just sent her another if she asked or tried to make it up to her, but as you see, she just yelled. SELLERS BEWARE ;-)
