The refractive index is OTL on the IGL card which means "over the limit." Emeralds are supposed to have a refractive index and are not OTL, she said. She said that the facets are molded. The green stone was oiled as if it were real, but it is not real. The IGL card says this is a natural emerald. On the bright side, the diamonds are real, so I will have to buy another stone to put in this ring.
