I do appreciate the repeat business. There is a reason that you have purchased around 10 units from me. You get what you pay for. Which is to say excellent working machines. However, the issue you are having is because of the software program Vesta that you are using. You told me that that's the only time that you have issues. No other times do you have issues. I simply stated that Vesta is the problem. You can always return it for a full refund though.
