I don't believe what I'm seeing is "patina" but possibly eroded silver plating 😔 I will be taking it to a professional first before I try to restore else it may need to be re-silver plated. The seller did accept my low offer, so I think however given the age the price was fair. And the seller was extremely pleasant. Item shipped a little late due to weather, not sellers fault.
