It has the Bach Logo on the case and has Vincent Bach's signature engraved on the bell, but I took it to a local music store and they confirmed that it was not made in Elkhart Indiana USA (as is engraved on the trumpet) but is a counterfeit, fake, knock off trumpet. eBay should be ashamed to let counterfeit items be sold using the logo and likeness of US companies. I've requested a full refund since this is a FAKE
