      Listed as only having scratches and wear, which it did. But also, the screen plastic bezel was cracked to the point where the lid wouldn’t shut completely. Fine, I get it, it’s used and I was going to overlook this, but in addition the laptop overheated and thermal shut down when trying to load windows. I had to remove the heatsink and reapply thermal paste to resolve the issue. The good news is the seller communicated quickly but didn’t offer any remediation for the thermal issues.
