Had issues when trying to install my printer and other software. After trying many solutions That I look for online, I decided to contact the seller for support. We tried a few other thing without success and the seller determined that the SSD might be compromised and sent me a replacement. After installation, the computer work great. very please with the quick response of the seller.

The computer performed very well. I would purchase a computer from this seller again.
