    This is a great product. I'm not sure how much one spray is supposed to be (this is the recommended dose), but it kind of doesn't come out of the bottle, and it made me wonder if I was doing it right. You spray and don't get a full spray. I ended up spraying it twice to get a full spray into my mouth (where it is recommended to go), and I got sick. I think that the mechanism on the sprayer could perhaps be fixed, unless this is intentional. Otherwise, it's a great product.
