    The item arrived well packaged and undamaged. Shipping was quicker than stated. Item was as described. I did contact the seller to voice my opinion that it was not oem and made of plastic. The seller immediately refunded me the full amount adamantly stating that it was oem and that Mercedes badging is polymer based and not metal anymore. I called my Mercedes expert and he confirmed the sellers statement. I have asked the seller to invoice me again, with my apologies. This is a great EBay seller
