    The seller clarified the misunderstanding and it my country s customs office brought it my attention that the delay and tracking ambiguity was from their side and not from the seller. I sincerely apologize for overreacting and looking forward to receiving my package as soon customs clears it. The seller communicated with me until the issue was sorted. Very professional and caring and I d do business with them again.

    This was all just a misunderstanding and a mishap because the main delay and lack of communication is actually from my country's customs office. This review is regretful in retrospect and I would like to retract it, if only that was possible. I will take up the shipping matter with my customs office and soncerely apologize to the seller for such a stain on their business reputation. I'm happy and satisfied by their prompt communication in resolving this matter.
