These are not new, the only remanufacturing that happened was a cleaning on the outside and possibly resurfaced the sheave faces. These would not seal and function when bench tested and upon disassembly they were FULL of debris and buildup and still have original worn out seals. I attempted to salvage them and installed new seals and an upgraded piston but the pulleys still don't respond properly once installed. Not worth the money.
