I will go to eBay and if that doesn't work. I have talked to my credit card company. I can get the order order reverse do the fraud. I am hoping that, they will just do the right thing!! The shoes are coming apart, I don't want to keep them. All the genuine pictures of the product were uploaded and the damage you pointed out didnt came to notice so there can be many reasons i.e damaged during shipping or missing defect by our quality team but havent said that once the item is recieved you will be refunded .
