Overall, this seller gets a positive rating from me; they did honor their refund policy. The item (tuba) was not accurately described and arrived with significant damage, rendering it non-playable. It should have been described as “parts only”. I packed it back up and returned it. Seller covered the return shipping and issued a refund in full within 3 days.
