    This was the first bad experience I’ve had like this on EBay. I should have listened to others’ reviews—but it was the item I wanted in the size I needed. I ordered a formal evening gown for a wedding. I was charged and a “shipping label was created”. Tracking showed nothing for a week, then seller said “Sorry, I don’t have that size after all” and cancelled the order. Now I have had to order the dress from Macys to make it after 2 weeks of nothing. Very frustrated!

    We did not realize that we were out of the size which was ordered. Please accept our apology. We refunded the transaction. If possible at this time we would provide positive feedback as it was our fault. We had another transaction where we also left positive feedback. Some times the vendor puts the wrong size on the merchandise.
