I bought this item and it is complete in the photograph but then it is sent incomplete! What a lack of transparency, I will buy more from this seller again., I am waiting for the other part of the purchase to be made, please send what is missing

The items that were missing were sent the same day that it was brought to our attention. Buyer called me a thief and left the negative comments even though he eventually received everything that was included and I even sent some extra blood pressure cuffs.
