Seller Notes: “Good to Very Good condition with light tonal ageing with a couple of minor stains in the margin and ... “Good to Very Good condition with light tonal ageing with a couple of minor stains in the margin and the blue pigment is a little uneven in places, otherwise it is very clean and well preserved, printed on a strong flexible page, with original hand coloring as issued. The print area measures approximately 12 by 15 1/4 inches (32x39cm) on a 13 1/2 by 17 3/4" page (37x45cm). It is an authentic steel plate engraved print approximately 123 years old from "Stuart's Atlas of the State of Maine," published by J.H. Stuart, South Paris, Maine, 1900, 9th edition. A copy of the title page is included for authenticity. The print is not mounted, matted nor framed, being sold as a single sheet as seen in the pics. See the pics for more on condition.”
